The Research And Improvement Of The Intrusion Detection System Based On Artificial Immunity

Recently, more and more attacks to the information systems appear and become muchharder to resist than before. The Intrusion Detection technique is an important method to insurethe computer network security. The theory that the immune system can protect body frominvasion provides an important approach to investigating the intrusion detection technique.Firstly, a brief introduction about the intrusion detection technology is made. And then weresearched basic theories of immunology, so some improvement on LISYS based on researchabove are made. The system design and fulfill a filter to the normal pattern, which can lower thecost of the detector; and Random death policy of the Memory Detectors is replaced by LRUpolicy.The detectors algorithm are analyzed, and the Bit Variation (BV) algorithm is released,which is useful for identify for the variation of attacks.
