Along with the popular application of the network, the resource of spatialinformation based on network becomes richer day by day, and its application domainalso develops fast to satisfy the spatial information demand of the entire society.Although opening Internet has provided the broad social application for the Web GIS,it is puzzled by the spatial information data copyright protection which exists in theGIS widespread application, so the copyright protection becomes the problem whichshould be solved urgently. SVG is regarded as the second generation of spatialinformation standard and network GIS data format because of its obvious superiority.Moreover, the vector graph is the most basic expression way in network GIS, so thecopyright protection of the vector graph data is especially important.This article based on the image and graph watermark thoughts, has discussed thespatial information protection based on the SVG. in the network environment. Thepaper has first analyzed the graph characteristic based on SVG which is the newgeneration standard of graph image in network. In view of the big data setcharacteristic of 2D vector graph based on SVG., the paper proposed the classificationdivision method to choose the appropriate region for inserting watermark information;In this foundation, I proposed the spatial non-blind watermark algorithm, the blindwatermark algorithm and the promoted blind watermark algorithm which are therobust watermark algorithms for 2D vector map. The spatial non-blind watermarkalgorithm and the blind watermark algorithm insert new point in tolerance of vertex ofthe chosen region as the watermark information; The promoted blind watermarkalgorithm moves the vertex in its region as the watermark information. The methoduses the position of the inserted point or the value of vertex to pick up the watermarkinformation sequence. The experiments proven, the robustness of these methods canagainst the general operations of the spatial graphics such as transformation,translation, rotation, scaling, cropping and vertex insertion/removal etc.Finally, this article has taken the design and the implementation of Guangdong Province spatial information sharing and the service platform as an example, and hasproven the present paper proposed three kind of practicability, feasibility,maneuverability...
