Computer vision refers to imitating the function of human's vision through a computer, extracting information from images or image sequences, and then identifying the shape and movement of three-dimensional scenes and objects in the objective world. The research on computer vision is one of the important branches in the computer science field. The core of this research is how to work out accurately the three-dimensional and geometric descriptions from the pictures of scenes and image sequences, and quantificationally determine the special features of objects in the scenes. Reconstructing three-dimensional sequence base on two-dimensional one is a research topic which is widely concerned by many scientific topic, including computer science, computer vision, vision artificial intelligence and medicine.This thesis mainly discusses the method of how to change the two-dimensional video sequence into the pseudo three-dimensional sequence according to the theory of binocular stereovision.The segmentation of video movement is the basis of computer vision. The thesis chiefly adopts the methods of edge detection as well as moving information to segment the movement of the video according to information in time domain and space domain.In addition, there must be stereo-visual disparity in order to get three-dimensional video. Stereo-visual disparity is the important content in the topic of computer vision and the key technique in three-dimension reconstruction. In the thesis, according to the research on disparity calculatation, the method of extracting dense disparity based on the triangle lattice is adopted. although two-dimensional video sequence does not contain the disparity information, the disparity can be estimated based on the information of moving, texture and occlusion in the video sequence. The method based on the moving information is adopted in the thesis.According to the theory of binocular stereo vision and stereo display technology, two-dimensional video frames are changed into the pseudo three-dimensional video frames, and they are reconstructed video sequence. By using technology of color separation stereo display. Finally, the pseudo stereo video with stereoscopic effect is obtained.
