Three-dimensional reconstruction of medical ultrasonic images is using planar image sequence that is obtained by ultrasonic imaging equipment to reconstruct 3D stereo model of tissue or apparatus. Because a series of planar images of inside of body can't give the stereo perception directly, doctors can't obtain the best effects to observe the pathological position and surrounding tissue. But if we deal with these image sequence and reconstruct 3D image, and show the body apparatus which we can't see factually using 3D form, the doctors can be assisted to analysis pathological body and surrounding tissue, accurate and scientific medical treatment and diagnose can be enhanced.In this thesis, the theories of 3D reconstruction of medical ultrasonic images and flow of realization are analyzed and discussed comprehensively. An algorithm is designed to treat and construct eyeball ultrasonic images'data, and three-dimensional eyeball's retina from ultrasonic images is reconstructed.In the process of preprocessing of eyeball ultrasonic images, the physiological characters of eyeball ultrasonic images are analyzed, For ultrasonic images'own speckle noise, the adaptive weighted median filter (AWMF) is adopted to remove noise and reserve the details of images effectively. Combined with eyeball's physiological structure, segmentation of 3D threshold value based on the one-dimensional Otsu is adopted to design an algorithm of extract eyeball's retina tissue. A matching algorithm based on most mutual information is used to adjust slices.Because of distance between neighboring slices is much bigger than distance between pixels of inside slice, an improved interpolation algorithm based on matching corresponding points is presented to interpolate middle slice. It is proved that the algorithm is valid method by comparing with traditional interpolation algorithm.According to the characteristics of compact distributing of eyeball three dimensional data gather, the ray-casting algorithm based on scanning of image space combined with 3DMed 2.0 are used to reconstruct the three dimensional stereo form of eyeball's retina.
