On the automobile, train, airplane, steamer...etc machine, by means of the satellite or others the blastoff Platform, such as the drone, balloon, airship...etc, the language, data, the picture information in time, Broad Band, big capacity and unbreakably are transmitting currently, and so requirements of the "Numerical Platform" and the accuracy steady platform are more and more urgently. But that the moving machine transmits Broad Band multi-media information real time in the land, sea, air, and controlling the accuracy steady platform in the process, are a big difficult problem, " Research On The Intelligent And Predictive And Adaptive Control System Of The Dynamic Stabile Platform" develops research work to that difficult problem. Abroad, the research of the similar item is more thorough, but domestic, a handful departments developed such as "Communication In The Process" etc. research of the relative item, it resolved the azimuth and elevation tracking the problem, to the stable control matter of the moving platform have not yet seen the related report. The thesis sets out physically from the engineering, it puts forward innovatively that it uses the SINS principle to set up "numerical platform", adopting the information amalgamation and the intelligent and predictive and adaptive control technique to study a universal dynamic stabile platform, it developed research work as follows:①The thesis putted forward innovatively that it uses the SINS principle to set up " numerical platform" as the vehicle on the march, and to calculate the stable platform horizontal roll angle and pitching angle, this solved the problem that the platform angle value adopting inclinometer to measure can't reflect the true horizontal roll angle of and pitching angle. at the same time, it gained the method of the vehicle navigation error correction, and adopted sensors amalgamation disposal technique and the intelligent and predictive and adaptive control technique.②The servo controller has been Designed, and applied to the engineering project, the control system model has been built up, and the control algorithm has been researched, and the PID control algorithm and the intelligent and predictive and adaptive control arithmetic have been deduced and applied the MATLAB6.0 to simulate the control algorithm. The simulation result expresses, when the system model occurs change, the PID control algorithm will make the dynamic stabile platform surge violently, but the intelligent and predictive and adaptive control algorithm can suffice the control request of the dynamic stabile platform.③The developmental VC++ software, navigation software and servo control software have been adopted and the main software flow chart and designed the friendly man-machine interface are given.④The principle sample machine is designed, and on which the initial leveling, independence seek north, sine track and car running experiment etc are carried out. The experiment results prove that various techniques function index of the sample machine satisfy the usage request basically, and explained the research method and the technique path of the thesis are right and feasible, and validated the application on the engineering of research item is actualized, thus lay the solid foundation for the application on the engineering of the sample machine.
