To search feedback loops of system dynamics (SD) models is the basis of complex system feedback analysis of system dynamics, which hasn't been solved by many simulation softwares of system dynamics at present. SD rate variable fundamental in-tree modeling not only realizes standardization of modeling but also is beneficial to calculation of feedback loops and perspicuity of feedback analysis.On the basis of researching system dynamics and SD rate variable fundamental in-tree modeling and compared with some normal methods of searching feedback loops, we obtain that branch vector matrix algorithm is superior to others with regard to time complexity. In terms of this algorithm, the software MSAFL for feedback analysis of SD models was designed in virtue of powerful MATLAB language. This paper introduces the process of implemention and design of the software in detail. At last, we introduce how to use the software and validate its wonderful application effect according to "Company & Farmer" management modeling. The result shows that the MSAFL software greatly improves the efficiency of establishment and analysis of system dynamics models.
