Application Of Genetic Algorithm In The Mining Of Network Alarm Regulation

In the recent years, with the rapid development of the telecom network, the alarms of the telecom network have been produced more and more. The operators are making some research to find some ways to reduce the number of network alarm make the control of and predict some important network alarms. So the predict of network alarm has become one of the most important researching fields in network management domain. This essay will introduce GA (Genetic Algorithm) for the prediction of the network alarm system software. The followings are what the writer has worked on for this thesis:1) Made a general study on the development of the mining predicting pattern technology, and practiced a tempting research on the features and methods for the GA (Genetic Algorithm).2) On the way of designing and developing the mining regulation algorithm based on GA (Genetic Algorithm), partially studied some related new algorithms, such as RICE (Rule Induction of Computer Events), Alarms Prediction Pattern Mining based on SVM, Alarm Prediction Pattern Mining based on Sequential Pattern Mining. 3) Developed a prototype system of the predicting alarm platform for the practical telecom network. In the process of developing the platform of predicting network alarm, I have taken part in the general analysis of the whole system, and designed and developed the mining regulation algorithm based on GA (Genetic Algorithm) by myself.The meaning of this essay is that the network alarm mining platform can make practical contribution to the solution for the prediction of network alarm in the situation today that the researches for the prediction of network alarm are not mature enough. And the module of the mining regulation algorithm based on GA (Genetic Algorithm) in this system, implemented by the module design, so it can be integrated into other mining regulation system easily.
