Traditional plus examining was realized by plus diagnosing applied effectively in herbalism. However, this technique got relative lower precision because of the man-made influence. Fortunately, computer techniques lead the plus diagnosing technique to another higher step, for the plus data collected by sensor can be processed by computer by plus programmer, and then the corresponding relations between plus data and waves could be known. According to the result, the diagnose and cure scheme can be determined by doctor. So that computer goes into herbalism generalize the plus diagnosing technique.In this paper, a series of data collecting basic circles with low power was designed. The plus collection in six channels finished collection by cycle collection in only one channel. That is the plus in six channels apply a community amplifier, filter and A/D, then the plus would be chosen by MC14512B, when the single chip control the choosing shift.Prefix amplifier uses CMOS CF7641, low power operation amplifier, with plus 10 to prevent prefix working in saturation and cut-off field. In order to amplify the plus collected by sensor from mV to V, we use exact amplifier AD624, with low noise, high plus precision, low plus temperature coefficient and high linearity, and make the plus on 100, out put pressure 5V into A/D directly. Batwoss filter was applied in filter circle to make the result meet the request. In order to waken the interference from frequency, UAF42 produced by BB Company is the best choice, for it can shovel the disturbance rinsed by frequency.A/D conversion, with 12 bit precision approaching the goal eventually and the conversion rate could reach 100ksps, could reduce the plus data from six channels exactly. C8051F005 includes FLASH of 32k+128 bits. The memorizer, with sector of 512 bits, could be programmed just in system. A/D conversion from C8051F005 could realize the A/D conversion of plus data, convince debugging and reach the request of experiment.In this paper, power section is also designed specially, to fit the whole date collection systems can use the battery and power supply, we chose different manostat chip and design different circuit. When the battery is in use,we chose the little power low voltage reduced linearity manostat LP2951, its output voltage is +5V and + 1. 24V～+29V,the use up of the electric current is lower than other integration manostat, and the life-span of the battery can be prolonged. When the power supply is in use, we chose the special integration manostat Hv2405E,which can connect the power supply directly, its output voltage is commonly +5V ,but it can be changed also. By design different manostat circuit, we meet the battery and power supply's need commendably.
