The maximization and complicating of the structure has created the enormous social economic benefits, but also has introduced more factors difficult to predict , has enriched its accidented with sudden , calamity , cutting off and social. The application of grating sensor of optic fibre and detection technique in Damage Identification and Monitoring System of the building , its important meaning lies in : different existing structure detection techniques are while expanding sensing and measuring the range and kind, guarantee to measure the improvement of the precision and stability for a long time, realize it from static measurement to dynamic measurement, from non- on-the-spot measurement to measure online, from measure the measurement way to measure , merging from simple information to much information in succession to the long-term to change regularly. Thus to having it is the distributed, coupling, the variable not many not non-linear strong and when change the span structure project not great carry on long-term, online monitoring and the prewarning not safe not valid not real-time of. Damage Identification and Remote Monitoring System used the optic fibre sensor to discern that is a focus of structure health monitoring of the building .This thesis is under the elaborate guidance of my tutor, in this thesis, the basic theories, fundamental experiments and engineering application, have probed into the structure model of the monitoring system and integrated technology of software from the respects , such as hardware , software ,etc. The purpose is to work out the structure based on grating sensing of optic fibre and damage the long-range monitoring system, and realize the application in great engineering construction.The main content of this text includes: The intellectual sensing mechanism of the optic fibre grating, the application of the steady , reliable optic fibre grating sensing system, damage the real-time database of discerning the long-range monitoring system and research of the data handling system , and the front desk based on WEB technology shows the development of the page.First, the intellectual sensing mechanism to the optic fibre grating has been described, have compared the quality on the grating sensor of optic fibre and traditional electromechanical sensor performance through the experiment , choose steady , reliable optic fibre grating sensing to gather the unit as the systematic data.Second, discern that the long-range requisition for data of monitoring system sets out from damaging , puts up the real-time database of the system, and utilize the interface procedure that Delphi write to put up the data handling system with database established in characteristic of combining the monitoring system, input and check etc. and operate to the data that are gathered .Third, utilize the latest WEB to develop technology according to the long-range characteristic request that monitors of the system, put up systematic Internet and use the module , sets up the database platform that WEB used, long-range purpose to monitor of the implementation system.In the whole system, functions of automatic measurement, display, alarm, and print are realized, in which the modern management of oil tank zone is rooted. Characterized with the communication between people and machine more concise, constructer expanding more flexible and its high reliability, the system contains excellent property in current use and engineer popularization.
