Today,with the information explosive growth, the information retrieval method based on the keyword or the simple logic-combination of the keywords has been increasingly unable to meet the people's need of information getting. This makes Question Answering System ,which as a more humanized and more efficient information retrieval technology integrated the natural language processing technology, has a greater space for development. In recent years, Chinese information processing technology advances have greatly accelerated the Chinese Question Answering system development. More and more domestic and foreign researchers of this direction began to given more energy toward the Chinese natural language Question Answering system.However, as the Chinese natural language processing complexity and technical limitations, the Chinese Question Answering system at now stage is mainly based on specific domain. In recent years there are a lot of the Chinese specific domain Question Answering system which has practical value. But overall, most of the Question Answering system still exist bad semantic comprehension , hardly transplantation, and so on problem. This has seriously hampered the development and the application of the Chinese Question Answering system. On this, this paper do an in-depth analysis and research, which mainly include the following work.[1] Propose a semantic understanding frame which is available for the design of the Chinese specific domain Question Answering systemBased on the research on Question Answering system's basic theory and many domain's knowledge structure, this papers proposes a semantic understanding frame, which is used for Chinese specific domain Question Answering system's semantic analysis,semantic comprehension and semantic generation. This paper describes in detail the domain knowledge representation method and the distinction of query model of the semantic understanding frame , and it's overall structural model and workflow.[2] Given the specific implementation technology and the core algorithm for the application of the semantic understanding frameAgainst the design scheme of the semantic understanding frame, from each implementation link of the Question Answering system, this paper provides specific, practical technology and the core algorithm for the application of systems development.[3] Analysis of the semantic understanding frame's generalityThis paper analyzes the level positioning of the semantic understanding frame in the implementation of the specific domain Question Answering system, and gives a transplantation analysis from the description of the domain knowledge and syntactic and semantic rules of the independence.[4] Introduced the design and implementation process of a instance which application the semantic understanding frameThis paper introduces a instance which application the semantic understanding frame -- the train basic information Chinese natural language Question Answering system based on Structured knowledge base. This papers gives detailed process description from the extraction of domains knowledge to the system architecture design ,and testing analysis. By the example, the generality and practicality of this semantic understanding frame is further validated.
