The Impact Of Network Forum On The Development Of Public Sphere

Nowadays, the development of network has pushed forward human to a new living space. Network Forum has occupied a prominent position in this new living space with its incomparable characteristics of the opening of the remark, the publicity of the topics, the interaction of interpersonal behavior and the spiritual community of human.This paper firstly analyzes the rule, the space, the role and the posts of Network Forum. The paper analyzes the nature and the characteristic of Network Forum through three different angles. First, Network Forum is the public opinion system which is non-organization and the groups-spread via the view of the science of communication. Second, Network Forum is digitized community which is hypothesized, immersionable and secret via the view of the virtual philosophy. Third, Network Forum is a public, democratic, free interactive intercourse platform via the view of the behavior sociology.Base on profoundly analyzing Network Forum, the paper makes a comparison about the relationship between Network Forum and Public Sphere, and thinks the development of Network Forum has brought an opportunity for Reconstruction of the declinable Public Sphere, and it will form Public Sphere in cyberspace. However, the aftermath resulting from the nature of Network Forum itself bring some questions andpuzzles to Public Sphere in cyberspace.Finally, the paper studies two typical Chinese network forum at present, Strong China Forum and Tianya Virtual Community, makes a demonstrational inspection to the construction of Public Sphere. In the conclusion, the paper suggests the construction of Network Forum with Chinese characteristic should be strengthen to construct the Public Sphere in cyberspace with Chinese characteristic.
