In terms of ontology project, itraises a semi-automatic structured data ontology learning method combined withmachine learning and hand process, which gets a good result to reduce the E/R modelof the relation database through analyzing all the respects. On the base of reverseanalysis of the relation database, it proposes the relevant data excavate algorithms,and learn the out concept, attribute relation, level relation, and related relation fromthe relation database, then convert them into noumenon. Use theory and algorithmdescribed above and combine concrete programming development, we have realizedthe module of data ontology study of structured data in the platform KMSphere ofinformation management, including the reverse analysor of relation database, studythe unit in ontology, OWL file producing device, etc., and apply to the socialcomprehensive information service system finally, which verifies the validity andrationality of this module.
