Spread Spectrum (SS) Communication is a kind of communication system ,which performs excellently and has been attracted widely by researchers since it was born. This dissertation discusses about carrier tracking technology based on FPGA under back of DS/SS radio receiver.First, the thesis sum up the source, background and significance of the problem, set forth DS/SS receiving system fore-end treatment module and signal treatment module structure, points out the key technology. The dissertation researches following contents: based on studying lots of articles of abroad and home, the paper advances the CPAFC, ATANT algorithm of FLL/PLL carrier tracking, analyses and simulates the theory of the scheme, analyses and implements the scheme based on FPGA.Second, the FPGA hardware model of the platform was educed by dividing the whole module into three parts: signal processing circuit; the carrier phase and frequency tracking circuit; the local carrier DCO. They were simulated and considered scheduling based on Stratix chip series-EP1S80B956C6 of Altera CO..The design of the software modules and the result of experimentation are also analyzed in the paper at last.The whole scheme is implemented on FPGA co(?)cretely and skillfully. And the practical knowledge about the design and development of FPGA are also introduced.
