With the rapid development of information technology, especially of Internet, computer viruses today tend to spread more quickly and widely, the threat of computer viruses to computer security becomes more and more outstanding. Traditional detection techniques are failed to defeat such computer viruses effectively. An emergent problem today is to find a real-time strategy to defeat computer viruses, especially new viruses. The Computer Virus Immune System(CVIS) stimulates the Biology Immune System(BIS) is an investigative hotspot because of its potential capability to solve this problem. Many researchers, such as S.Forrest, S.Homeyr, Kephart are involved into this field and bring up a series of CVIS. However, some limitations, such as too huge self universe and low generating efficiency of mature detectors, make it hard to put current CVIS into practice.Based on a research of computer virus detection technology and existing CVIS, a new immune model for computer virus based on Server/Client model inspired by biology immune system is proposed in this paper. First, I do a lot of work on Analyzing present computer virus immune systems; second, analyzing computer virus and present virus detection technologies; third, explaining and analyzing the main principle of computer immunology and designing of CVIS; at last, proposing a computer virus immune model based on Client/Server.
