With the rapid development of network, many distributed collaborative applications based on the group communication appear in network. Security group communication system is needed to provide security services such as data confidentiality and integrity to protect these applications' security.Group key agreement is a significant aspect of security group communication system. Such protocols allow more parties to exchange information, certificate others' identity among themselves over an adversarially controlled insecure network and agree upon a common session key, which may be used for later secure communication among the parties, and establishing a solid foundation for other security services.Peering is imporant to dynamic group key agreement protocols. It can ensure the justice of the result of key agreement, avoid the security bottleneck induced by special member, not require trusted third party, and enhance the protocol's robustness. Its high efficiency can make protocol suit for distributed large scale collaborative applications, but many current protocols cannot well satisfy these requirements well. In this thesis, we design an ID-based signature scheme and a signcryption scheme, and further propse a peer dynamic key agreement protocol based on these schemes. In this protocol, every member in the group has the same rights. Moreover, after our analysis and comparison, this protocol can satisfy security properties which are required by key agreement protocols and resist known-key attack and replay attack. Its efficiency is the same as that of Kim's protocol. At last, we realize the protocol after researching the SPREAD toolkit and MIRACL library, and then, test this protocol in local area network. The results of experiment indicate that the protocol is efficient and suitable for open network.
