Development and nowadays level of Process Control and Technology of Automatic is introduced in this paper. For finding its exact math model is so difficult that a control system based on Neural Networks PID is designed for flux controlling after analysis on the process control system. It is established based on the conventional PID control system. The Neural Networks PID control system is made up of NNI and NNC. The predictive value can be gotten through the online learning of NNI. NNC can be used as PID controller, treats the predictive value of NNI as goal, optimizes the PID parameters through continuously changing weights and threshold. Accordingly, it can improve the performance of the conventional PID control algorithm.A flux control system is designed for process control experimental equipment. Use a new type of intelligent control algorithms—neural networks PID control algorithm to control the flux which is sensitive to time, nonlinear and complex; establish a simplified simulation model of flux control system using the Simulink in MATLAB. And experiment respectively with the conventional PID control and the neural networks PID control system. The results show that the neural networks PID control system is better than the conventional PID on adaptability, robustness and quality.
