With the speedy development of Chinese economy, venture capital, such as stocks, securities present a flourishing state. Accordingly, the sector of stocks analyzing service has made quite great progress. But compared with the companies in foreign countries, large gap still exists in this service sector. Generally, many multi-national security companies own their specific software system of stocks service. Furthermore, some stocks jobbers open a subsidiary company of stockssoftware. In our country, the gap has been realized by many security companies. They are trying to develop their own software system of stocks service in order to perfect their service to attract more clients and prepare for the fury competition with the multi companies. The system referred in the paper which developed a Version of stocks analyzing software meets the requirement of several securities agencies. First, UML is its describing programming language used to process the requirement obtaining, requirement analysis and systems design of the security analyzing system.. Second, the system adopts an advanced method of software developing which is called iterating model. In the process of development, the prototype system is built first. Then the four phases which cover requirement analysis, system design, system testament and user evaluation are putting on circularly. After this, the development of the system is finished ultimately. Through the system, five functions, technical analysis, runtime marketing analysis, basic analysis, risk analysis and system implement providing together with other subsidiary functions will be achieved. So the system will satisfies the ordinary speculators and be suitable for the retail investors. In the paper, it will make a brief introduction about the developing background of the stocks analyzing software. Then the system and the process of major modules requirement analyzing will be described in detail. So are the general designing processes of the system and its subsidiary modules, and that of investment guiding modules as well as its implement. BP Neural Networks and Genetic Algorithms areapplied in the system innovatively. So it is able to predict risking parameters of specific shares, modules, and deep bid and calculate approximate forecasting values of a certain precision on which it is based for the company and individual make rational decisions during investment after being given advices by the bond analyzers. In the last part of the paper, the problems existing in the process of developing the module of price prediction will be summarized and analyzed. Besides, there are a analysis and expectation toward how to improve the precision of the price predication in the last part of the paper. To cater for the ordinary speculators, what we considered most is convenience during the process of system development. Mutual interface for users are designed. So people with a few professional skills are able to master it.The main purpose for us to design the system is to meet all the clients' need. We expect to provide an efficient tool of investment for the retail investors and to guide them making investing decisions properly. Through this system, hopefully that investors will be eluded from most risks and people will benefit more from their stocking purchase. Finally, whereas our limited abilities and knowledge, the system is need to be improved during its operation since there still are some shortcomings in its design, implement, and testing. With the growing of securities industry and innovations of computer technology, more efficient and advanced technical measures will be adopted to provide more consummated and convenient service for the users. That it the right direction we are struggling to.
