Logistic distribution plays an important role in the supply-chain of the enterprise product, and making reasonable routing is a key factor of that influences the cost and efficiency of logistic business. Computer aided logistic distribution, which makes up the deficiencies of handwork in accuracy and effectiveness, can be applied into the management and coordination of logistic businesses integrated with ERP and GIS. It is beneficial for improving the utilization of resources and reducing the logistic cost, so that the market competitiveness will be advanced to the greatest extent. This paper, based on the research in routing optimization problem of logistic distribution, brings forward the solution scheme using ant colony algorithm and constructs the web application of logistic system for the administration of the whole logistic operation cooperated with GIS. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, analyze the constraints and the target of routing optimization problem, and build the math model; describe the principle of ant colony algorithm and discuss the implementation of the algorithm applied into the routing optimization problem in details; some improved strategy will be put forward.Secondly, discuss the design of logistic distribution management system based on J2EE framework; list the function points associated with project requirements; establish the corresponding system modules and describe the implementation of the main modules from the view of programming particularly.Thirdly, introduce GIS platform into logistic distribution, analyze Web Services technology, and accomplish the cooperation between the logistic distribution management system and GIS platform. Finally, summarize all achievements of the dissertation, review the pitfalls and defects, and give the further work in the future.
