The rapid development of positioning technology, wireless network and mobile terminals makes location based services to develop from professional-oriented application to personal-oriented application. In the Information Age, location based services on mobile for people in their daily lives brings them convenience and saves a lot of time. The speciality of Mobile location based services is not available on PC and cable network. More and more operators and services developers will participate in it. A location based services system which is extensive coverage and perfect hardware and software facilities will be formed. As people-oriented location based services, it is different from professional-oriented location based services in interaction. So a harmonious and natural interaction is necessary in person-oriented location based services. Natural Language Processing technology and Voice Recognition technology are developing rapidly, that is theoretical and technical support of Natural Language Interaction. The purpose of this paper is to research and design a location based services based on Natural Language Interaction. The General Natural Language Processing technology is still immature, so the effect is not satisfactory. However, in limited areas, user's Natural Language Interaction has some regularity, and it is a subset of General Natural Language Processing. We can use the regularity to achieve better effect. Natural Language Processing technology combined with Voice Recognition technology makes location based services become people's daily necessity. This paper can be summarized in the following points: firstly analyzing the key technology of Natural Language Processing, on which we analyze and research the restricted natural language processing technology of specific location based services on the mobile terminal. In this paper we present a restricted dictionary with the E-R relation attribute, and use E-R relation model to analyze syntax of the query sentence. Secondly we design the improved algorithms of the segmentation of the query sentence and grammar parsing. After segmentation and pattern matching, we use the E-R relation to structure the SQL query of the spatial database. Finally we implement a practical location based services system which support natural language interaction.
