Static correction is very important in seismic data processing. The residual static measurements are able to be calculated by the residual static estimation. The static measurement is a nonlinear optimization problem.GA is an important composing part of integrative global optimal algorithm. The oprators of GA includes selection, cross and mutation. The selection operator is to select the superior individual. The cross operator is to produce two children from their parents individual by cross different piece of the genetic codes. The mutation operator is to produce a child from a parent individual by change the value of the specific position.Binary-coded GA is very traditional. But compared with classical binary-coded GA,real-coded GA has the advantages of simpler expression, higher speed and more applicable to solve problems having wider define areas. To improve the efficiency of real-coded GA,the improvement of real-coded genetic operators and the method to choose mutation probability ,population size and mutation operator are suggested based on the concept of roughness. In global search, the researcher often compose two or more methods to obtain efficiency. One method is to search local area and get local optimum, then the other is to search global area to get global optimum. In this article , simulation annealing and real-coded genetic algorithm are composed .
