The distributed optical fiber temperature sensor is a spreading and feeling system that used for the real time measuration of the space temperature field. The optical fiber of the system is used to deliver the signal and to feel the temperature. It does not take the electricity, resists radio frequency and electricity magnetic field excellently, it is fireproofing and not sensitive to the explosion or corrosive and able to bear the high voltage, able to bear the ion radiation. It is a practical sensor system of the type of"originally fitting ".The principle of the distributed optical fiber temperature sensor has been analyzed and researched deeply and carefully in this paper. To each part of the system we deduce the physics formula with mathematics, so that the principle of each part of the system is defined errorlessly, then propose the construction scheme of the corresponding part on this basis, so that the whole system is optimized and simplified most. It is end to resolve the system of this complicacy as each more simple, and thus help us to realize this complicated system with software and hardware simply. The next in order, on the foundation that the principle of the system is clear, we have realized one of the key parts of the system ------ the circuit of ultrafast data acquisition.
