Recently, With the rapid development and popularization of electronic device and electronic product, electromagnetic interference signal from radiation and leakage disturbs badly other devices, so reducing device electromagnetic disturbance, improving its immunity are focused widely in the electronic industry. EMI power line filter is frequently used to restrain the conduction-electromagnetic interference. Because of the very evident difference between act of filter on the job and its product index, it is difficult to chose a appropriate EMI filter, therefore, the testing of insertion-loss of power line filer is crucial.This article researches the measurement method of insertion-loss of power line filter, and develops a testing system which is used to evaluate the performance of power line filter under the circumstance of full load.At first, the basic knowledge is introduced, which is the foundation for design of the testing system. and then the thesis discusses minutely how to design the testing system of insertion-loss of power line filer, including determining whole testing circuit, and designing important components, and with the help of ANSYS software, analyzing the impedance characteristic of buffer-networks which is a key part etc.A series measuring are carried out by using the testing system of insertion-loss of power line filter, and the result testifies that the testing system does well.
