In industrial mass production, testing is very critical stage. And the cycle time reduction for testing means productivity improvement. But there is a conflict for test accuracy and cycle time reduction. For electrical product, this paper provides a new method based on statistical knowledge to meet the requirement for whatever test accuracy or cycle time reduction.The newly designed method, statistical dynamic sampling test, applies data mining technique, statistical process control and sampling theory, and focus on characteristic of electrical product mass production. The author resolves data selection and database setup through data mining technique; identifies the sampling standard - CP and CPK through statistical process control; fix the sampling proportion through analyze mass production. At the same time, to improve the risk control, author applies stratified control, abnormal alarm, funnel compare method. And, this paper also uses a lot of computer and database techniques. At the end, the experiment is conducted in real system to evaluate its result.Through experiment to compare the result of cycle time and test accuracy, the dynamic sampling test system is able to reduce cycle time and control risk. The new design can be successfully used in industrial mass production if some proper control is taken. The design provides a new solution for engineers and designers in industrial test area to reduce the test cycle time, and the design has important practical significance. In addition, the research is a positive trial to expand the sampling technique, reduce cost and improve productivity for our developing electrical industry.
