Effective system management has not been appreciated enough, and some department even seriously ignored the IT system management. With lots of calamitousness which is coursed by IT system breakdown occurred these years, people gradually know that they need a set of tools and systems to management the IT infrastructure facilities to make sure IT system can offer good IT service, reduce load of IT manager and increase effectiveness of IT management.Based on Researching of the module prototype, the article introduces developing a flexible frame of IT System Management Software with J2EE. The system can monitor and manage many IT infrastructure facilities of enterprise local area network, for example OS, DB and network facilities etc. The whole system is composite mode of B/S and C/S. The B/S part is convenient for communication between user and the system, the C/S part concretely accomplish various IT system monitoring and management functions.First, the article introduces the accomplishment of system frame, including user management, group management, log management, alarm management, monitored-object management, alarm-receiver management, alarm limit and sampling cycle management. With these management functions, user could management various basic information of the system, and configure the whole system with parameters, and they assurance the system security and flexibility; second, mainly introduces the module of monitoring network. The module accomplishment is based on SNMP protocol. It can monitor lots of key performance data of network facilities; next, introduces application software distribution module in detail. With analyzing the key points of load control and data flow control during software distributing, accomplish effective application software distribution function. After that, makes experimentsand analyzes the key resources expending of prototype of software distribution and new system during software distributing, the results proof that the new system can execute software distribution with low OS and network resource occupying; at last, the article makes summarization to the subject and presents the prospect.
