The multi-redundancy lineal displacement sensor designed and produced by certain graduate school is a exactitude sensor with high tech content and high precision. It is the important production of this graduate school. It also is the core part of certain important model stuff of our country. Because this sensor'content of technology,the material request and cost is high, the industry of the production is strict, the output is big and it has many correlation parameter, the synthesized test of the function guideline and the capability parameter for this lineal displacement is very important. Now the synthesized test for this lineal displacement adopt the handwork. For handwork, not only working procedure is fussy, the workload is big, but also it relate with workpeople's work experience, work experience, work habit and responsibility, in some degree, it also relate with randomicity.For these circumstances, these thesis research design and imply a roboticized testing system which has high efficiency. It uses advanced distributed network testing measure and uses advanced data collected equipment, which implement all item's computer automatization test of the testing process for this sensor. These automatization test include: first, it can automatically complete the basic capability test for the sensor; second, it implement that the four-redundancy's four sensors can be tested at the same time, and srtictly ensure coherence for four path and the measure precision request. Thereinto, in hardwork, not only implement bgasic function ,but also adopt many anti-jamming measure for control PCB. These anti-jamming measure bring measure precision to reach technology request. In softwork use the "first read second send" design priciple. It cause the data collection to become more rapidly and more exact. At last, it can display diversified guideline in computer's screen, and computer the test result, then analyse data, print check note table.From the practice result, the multi-redundancy lineal displacement sensor designed by this thesis, diversified guideline accord with technology request. The last test system operate simply, reliably and durably. It is indicated through practical application that the system has high efficiency and good practicability.
