The paper researches the call center and soft switch technologies. According to discipline of"call and media are individual","business and management are individual"in Soft Switch, redesign the hierarchical architecture of call center. By changing the current hierarchical architecture, adding multiple Gateways and implementing soft switch function, it makes a new architecture call center. The solution does not only reuse current hardware to protect investment, but also has standard protocols to intercommunicate with other platform. In the end the paper also provides some methods to resolve problems in new architecture, and describe the implementation of whole system. |
