Research On The Technology Of Frequency Management Of 3G HF Communication Network

Currently, research of the third generation HF communication system based on MIL-STD-188-141B is at the very beginning, most of them are on physical layer and data link layer. This paper mainly discussed the technology of frequency management of communication network based on the physical layer and the data link layer.The technology of automatic link establishment and the characteristic of HF channel are introduced in the paper, and the scheme of frequency management of HF communication network is presented.According to the requirements of 3G-ALE and the characteristic of HF channel, a scheme of implementing frequency management by using long-term frequency prediction with non-third order beat frequency allocation arithmetic is proposed. Principle of frequency prediction and partition of dwell group are introduced. Further, a method of calculating frequency band of dwell group;frequency allocation arithmetic; a method of sorting calling frequency; and the method of realizing real time channel evaluation are analyzed in details. Computer simulation of methods is also presented. The method of realizing frequency update is given in the end.
