With the development of Optical Communication, Optical Sensor is applied to many fields for its own technical characteristics. It solved the problems that the traditional sensor is not competent for. Especially the Fiber Bragg Gratings (FBG) and the distributed fiber sensor making use of the Optical Time Domain Reflect (OTDR) develop rapidly, and they have become the foundation technologies of the intelligent structure and material.The paper is mainly on the research of the FBG and fiber intelligence structure, the main work is:THEORY ANALYSE1.Analyze the main technique of optical sensor, including the fiber, optical source, fiber component, modulation technique.2.Analyze the characteristic and application situation of the FBG and distributional fiber sensor.3.Using waveguide theories, we research on the situation of the light power loss when microbend of the fiber happened and work out the approximate formulate. 4.Analyze the technology of burying fiber into concrete and the signal examination method of the fiber intelligence structure.FBG SENSOR R&D1.Broadband Light Source based the ASE,2.Design a Beam of Uniform Strength to measure the tiny displacement and weight.3.Design a Constant-temperature Controller for measuring the temperature.3.Design a demodulator to receive the sense signal.4.Get the relation between the light power and the measured, resolving power: 0.8um,0.1g,0.01οCEXPERIMENT OF CONCRETE CRACK EXAMINATION1.Analyze the technology of burying fiber, and got a prescription of mucus.2.Made a concrete module to simulate crack, and got the curve by the relation between the light power loss and the width of the crack.
