Voip Service provision system basing on P2PSIP is a distributed system ,in which voice service is beared in internet .It uses P2P technology to accomplish looking up and service failure protecting ,etc. The system also support extensive multimedia service.As the key protocol used in the IMS ,SIP is becoming the focus of the telecom service providers.P2P is a new growing technology which is the focus of internet, and brings lots of applications.P2PSIP protocol combine the standard of SIP protocol and the advantages of P2P decentralized framework .The Function supported by softswitch in telecom network is reached by P2PSIP,which efficiently combines the developed SIP technology and P2P structured over layer network characters,such as storage, locating service,etc. The research and practice are working at P2PSIP protocol. The following is the main research aspects .(1) Basing on the summary of characters of Sip protocol and P2P network, a detailed analysis of next generation internet voice service provision system is accomplished . Key technology used in P2PSIP platform is mentioned.(2)Routing algorithm and some key technology used in P2PSIP core network ,including working flow of SIP protocol ,DHT(distributed hash table) locating service ,soft phone model designing,etc,are researched deeply .Simulation experiments about Chord are done to demonstrate the characters of P2PSIP.(3)Basing on the Skype's technical characters, the basic function of P2PSIP platform is researched and developed , include the design of Wwwvoip demonstrative platform, the design of P2PSIP soft phone software and operational support system. The intelligent network platform can support the basic value-added services.(4)Test of service provision on single & dual mode SIP wireless terminal is accomplished. New type of internet voice user behavior in model is analyzed .(5) By the research and practice of next generation internet voice demonstrative platform, Scalable virtual service provision method is researched. A active try for change of service provider's strategic technology is well tested.
