| Locomotive signal system is a set of device which receives instructions from signal equipment on ground, processes them, and signals the driver with lighting, so that the driver of the train may control the direction, speed and distance between the trains. The Policy for Railway Technique of Railway Ministry brings forward higher requirement in the reliability, safety and accuracy. Because of this, before the system leaves factory, after it is installed and during it is daily maintained, the state of the system should be tested and its fault should be estimated.The requirements mentioned above are analyzed and studied in this thesis. Based on these, locomotive signal system test device is developed.The whole thesis takes an under going project as background, from the software development respect, introduced the whole process of locomotive signal system test device's design process. Firstly, software developed platform based on embedded Linux operating system is set up. Secondly, device driver of the detecting device is carried out based on the platform. Then, the GUI of the detecting device is developed by the GUI developed tool——Qtopia, and the interface can be operated easily, reliable, and easy to be extended. Also, it provides friendly man-machine interaction interface. Finally, according to the special background and actual requirements, we made an in-depth study on manuscript character identifying technique, which is needed by man-machine interaction interface of the detecting device. And manuscript character identifying module based on neural network is designed in the end. |
