It is a technique to solve the new problems based on the previous case or experience, to evaluate the solution scheme, to explain the abnormal cases or understand the new cases.The reason of the rise of CBR is that traditional RBR has no memory, hence the low reasoning efficiency, failing to solve the exceptional cases, the vulnerable overall performance. But CBR can solve the problem justly.The two important parts in CBR expert system: case and mechanism. CBR reasoning process can be generalized as the following four steps: Retrieve, Reuse, Revision and Retain.Rough Sets theory is a kind of new mathematical tool for dealing with indefinite, imprecise, imperfection system and now it is one of the most widely used mathematical tools. It can seek out, sort out, induce and categorize the less, miscellaneous and misty information, to find out the relationship between the imprecise undetermined information, hence deduce the contents of other knowledge.
