The Study Of Human Face Detection And Recognition Based On Changeless Background

This paper mainly studied on how to detect human face and extract character of motorial target from changeless background, and it discusses the problem from three ways as follows: extracting motorial target, detecting human face, identifying person's facial expression characteristic. By virtue of applying these three processes, it achieved the process that extracting and examing the motorial target, judging whether it is human face or not, and confirming if it is, then identifying its expression. In the process of this, we make use of methods and theories of transient difference, mathematical morphology and the data field etc., consequently, it carried out extracting motorial target in sequential picture, the same time detecting and extracting it.The chapter 1 mostly discussed the background and significance of this thesis, its main research contents and the result what we have acquired, and pointed out its importance and challenge of detecting motorial target and identifying its characteristics. Moving information is one kind of sources in our life. This technique is a complex and difficult problem that is important for surveillance and security, telecommunications, digital libraries, video meeting, and human-computer intelligent interactions. Although we can identify human face and its expression, it is a very difficult topic that automatic identifying human expression by machine. It involves in mode identification, image dealing, physiology and psychology etc.. So the research of this thesis have certain actual significance.The main contents of chapter 2 is extracting and detecting motorial target . Intelligent video frequency surveillance not only observes the moving objects of the watched scene in spot , such as human and vehicle etc, but also analyzes and describes theirs action. The content of this technology includes the knowledge: moving object detection and extraction, tracking, recognition, analyses and understanding to the movement as well as the authentication of viedeo frequency.
