With generation of computer, human life and work is more and more depending on computers. However, the needs of computer running speed and manage ability is more and more high as the scientific technology develops and applications focus detail. Meanwhile, strong calculating ability of computer is needed, and calculating ability should be easily extended, strong and good ratio of performance-price. Cluster System is the computer system which is designed for solving these problems.The cluster system as a result of its remarkable performance/price ratio, good capable of the extension, high usability and easy to use, becomes now the computer system structure and the parallel processing research hot spot and the subject gradually. But, because the cluster system structure is loose, node independent, causes the cluster to manage and the maintenance with difficulty, the user uses hardly. In order to solve this problem, the people in the operation system level, the middleware level and the application level have developed kinds of cluster system software.At present some company and the research facility has developed many cluster management system, comparison has representative is Platform Corporation's LSF, Sun Corporation's SGE as well as PBS and so on. Because between the present stage different cluster system is unable to operate mutually, cannot share and exchange the management information, but the actual application domain the customer needs to organize frequently by the different system administration heterogeneity clusters systems to take an single heterogeneity multi- clusters system manages, therefore we have studied heterogeneity multi- clusters system establishment.
