Predictive control is a form of control in which the current control action is obtained by on-line solving open-loop optimal control problem, and the above procedure is repeated based on new state and out measurements at the next time. And since actual model necessarily will get input and output constraints. Therefore, it has very important theoretical value and actual meaning to research the generalized predictive control algorithm under restraint condition. In recently ten years, Chaotic synchronization has shown well perspective in the areas of keeping correspond secret and so on, so, it is a significance task to design the chaotic system.Based on various references, we study on generalized predictive control algorithms, predictive function control algorithms and control synchronization of discrete chaotic system.Firstly, subject to generalized predictive control problem, we propose a kind of generalized predictive control algorithm that combined input-output constraints based on CARIMA model, with input, input change rate and output constraints for the whole predictive domain and the whole control domain. At the meantime we add the soft coefficient to input signal and adopt implicit generalized predictive self-tuning control algorithm. Simulation results show superior performance of this algorithm.Secondly, an adaptive predictive function control (PFC) algorithm based on the sliding-model has been developed that combines predictive function control with sliding-model control (SMC), which has advantages of PFC and SMC, has the ability of tracking the reference signal and strong robustness on the sliding surface. The simulated results have shown the effectiveness of this algorithm. Finally, we extend the method of model predictive control to study onchaotic control and synchronization. we use the generalized predictive controller, which based on the terminal sliding-model equation restriction realized tracking control and synchronization of Hénon chaotic system. The simulation results show that the control strategy has well tracking performance and anti-interference performance.
