In the past three years mobile wireless network spread to people's lives caused a revolution. With the performance of mobile terminal continues to improve, the functions have been continuously enriched. The same as the use of the Internet anytime, anywhere access to the required information, visit various resources come out a new demand. Try to setup every independent mobile terminal as a new combined mobile network to share resources is a new research topic.In recent years, how to manage mobile resources dispatching and allocation, how to improve wireless mobile network resource dispatching and allocation efficiency is the focus of study. However as wireless mobile networks are unique, dispatching and allocation ways of fixed network and traditional dispatching and allocation styles of distributed resources visiting are not suitable for this emerging network. Try a new dispatching and allocation model is a new path to fit wireless mobile network needs.Detailedly, analyzing mobile networks in resource dispatching and allocation problems that exist in and the characteristics of these problems is very important; these features address the modification of existing technologies and algorithms which makes it more suitable for mobile resource dispatching and allocation. Build the model with this advantage to the establishment of the algorithms at the core; integrate existing advanced technologies, set up an independent mobile resource management model; these are a meaningful study and explore. Topic of this thesis in mobile resources transmission, mobile resources information exchange, multidimensional response to mobile resources, mobile resource dispatching and allocation model, and innovative research of Mobile Resource Dispatching and Allocation Model has important practical significance.
