Since the railway has been adopted the transmission of GSM-R system in china, the railway industry changes extraordinarily. And it is proved that the adopting of GSM-R communication to railway is right and successful. Such as achiving Da QING line two hundreds million ton and so on. For GSM-R system of China is introduced from Europe. It must have a technical innovation for adopting the national conditions of China. China is the first one that introduces GPRS into the GSM-R in the world. Although GPRS is applied successfully in the public network, there have a great difference between the public network and GSM-R. So we just use for reference, and cannot mechanically copy. Both the public network and GSM-R have a great difference; the users are general motionless or moving slowly in public network, but the users in GSM-R are moving fast, which above is effect the quality about the transmission service. However, how to guarantee the quality of the whole system about transmission service in GPRS, especially under the weak condition, which is a key that the GPRS could be able to apply completely on the railway. With the making an in-depth analysis for GPRS numbers transmission in this essay, and then work on it has done through the analysis of GPRS data transmission.
