Research And Implementation Of High Performance Parallel Computing Cluster Based On IBA

In high performance computing field, clusters built from commodity PCs/workstations are becoming a predominant and cost-effective style for designing scalable servers. High-speed interconnection network, which directly affects the whole performance of cluster system, is very critical in building cluster system. Firstly, this paper introduces InfiniBand, which is a high performance interconnection technology with high bandwidth and low latency, and MPI (Message Passing Interface) parallel programming environment. Then, this paper describes the concrete implementation of high performance parallel computing cluster based on InfiniBand technology and MPI, and also describes the related optimization. Finally, the paper focuses on the research of how to implement high efficiency parallel computing on the cluster system,it is a typical application that uses computer common technology to solve scientific problems.
