The laser ranging technology has got considerable development in the last few years, because it is high monochromaticity, high directionality, good coherence, compare the unique advantage to the means of other measuring range, has already become an indispensably tool in measure technology. But different environmental conditions are having different influence on transmission of the laser, producing the various degree error in measuring range, in order to achieve the goal of measuring more accurately, so we must analyze and research to the key measurement technology of the influence factor.Because different kinds of laser is affected by different factors, so we need carry on specific experimental analysis according to the real environmental condition. Measurement technology to study is less both at home and abroad from several meters to dozens of meters of laser, all concentrate on the impact on accurate measurement and the influence research to transmission of atmospheric turbulence, so this subject will be a very good reference to the similar research direction.The laser range finder to robot navigates carries on the experimental analysis of key technology in this text, find out the factor that may cause influence through analyzing, carry on the corresponding experiment, make the data picture that various kinds of factors influenced the size, prove out the environmental factor that really influences practical application, and then correct to the error of influence, draw feasibility and correct the model, and apply to while running actually again, have got the good result. At last we also has analyzed the application situation in the robot navigates of the two-dimensional laser range finder at present further.
