In this paper basic characteristics of some common CFD softwares are introduced, and basic frame and theory of PHOENICS are presented particularly. The eccentric annulus flow fields, whose physical models are set in Shapemaker-Geometry VR of PHOENICS, are calculated numerically with wall function that is used to describe boundary condition. The distributions of velocity and pressure of eccentric annulus flow are got. After that the law of velocity and degree of eccentricity effect on flow field. Through calculating the eccentric annulus flow of Power-low fluid, the distributions of velocity and pressure are got, and the flow characteristic index and eccentricity effect on flow field. Comparing the data of numerical simulation with the references, it is feasible to simulate eccentric annulus flow field with PHOENICS and the results are reliable. Therefore, the results of this research can be used as the reference in practical application.
