Today there has little papers to research and analyze the parts of CDMA2000 terminal RF front-end circuit. Especially, the difficulty for RF engineer is the test and measurement of the whole performance index, and the connection of peripheral circuit. Against of these problems, some type of terminal design is achieved. The effective performance figure and the test method are learned.The critical technology of CDMA2000, air interface technology and the mainly RF performance are introduced at first; then according to the demand of terminal antenna, a new compact triple-band planar inverted-F antenna (PIFA) is presented. Based on these, the important RF performance of RF transmitter device is researched, accomplished circuit is carried out, and output result is obtained. Based on ZIF communication topological structure, constitutional parts of receiver are discussed and RF calibration is accomplished ,then received signal spectrum is showed .At last, the whole terminal is tested and proved answer for Standard.
