Study Of Location Based On UWB In Transportation Ad_hoc Network

Ultra_wideband (UWB) radio has many predominant feature such as accuracy location,quick transmission,low power and cost etc.Ad_hoc is dynamictopology,multi_hop,no center etc. So it has great value and meaning using them together in the vehicle location system.This paper discuss networking method of Ad_hoc appling UWB tecnology in transportation. And then research on location of moving vehicle,through comparison and analyse,determine to use TDOA algorithm.NLOS exists massively in the transportation. So TDOA algorithm itself can't achieve precision well. This paper propose one kind of location algorithm. Firstly correct the initial distance, secondly use expansion Kalman algorithm,construct the enviroment which is similar to "LOS",and then use Chan algorithm,gain the perfect precision finally.
