Based on the research of FGD, the significance of wet limestone-gypsum desulfurization project is presented. The mechanism of wet limestone-gypsum desulfurization system is discussed. The factors that influence the efficiency in different running conditions are analyzed. The mechanics flow and equipment of wet limestone-gypsum desulfurization system are introduced in detail.According to the model of reactivity mechanism, the mathematic model of FGD for simulation is founded. The development and application of simulation technology in power plant is introduced in detail. The function of FGD simulation is presented. In this system, graphical modeling method is realized in LN supporting system. By using the programs: Data.com and virtual DPU , the simulation for spray tower is implemented on PAS300 distributed control system. |
