Development Of NC Training System Oriented On Secondary And High Vocational School

This dissertation is focused upon the research of a Three-axis Numerical Control Machine Center, confirmed the author's working circs, discussing the development of NC Training System oriented secondary and high vocational school. The following have been completed.Designing the framework of NC Training System on the whole, the interface between the consumer and the computer as well as the functions of the main parts are also designed.Based on the construction and development for a Three-Dimension object in computer, the design of a geometry model and simulation to the working environment have been realized.On the base of the research of the NC machine, it lays the emphasis on the implementation technique of NC code interpreter and interpolation algorithm.On the ground of the discussion of Dixel model based on image space and CSG based on object space, the discrete model as a favorable method for the modeling of cutting tool and work piece as well as the surface intersection algorithm are discussed.With the technique research mentioned above, the author developed a NC simulation training system, solving the lack of teaching equipment. The executing results are very well.
