The modern control theory based on state-space has been developed since 1950's.The problem on MIMO system has been better solved by the modem control theory than the classic one. But its analysis depends on the given system model, so it can't work when there are model errors in the system. And in practice, there are unknown disturb input, which means the existence of uncertain errors, so it's hard to set up an exact mathematics model for the controlled. The control theory based on accurate mathematic model could not satisfy the modern war. Robust control which takes the uncertainties into account is attracting more and more attentions. In recent years, the robust control theory has developed much. Especially the theory of regional Pole-placement. H2 norm and H∞ norm are very fruitful. It's very useful to colligate various methods to design a controller that can meet more demands, many specialists and scholars have made a great efforts and obtained a lot of achievements.This paper focuses on the theory of Regional Pole Constraints and H2/H∞ control. Associated with a certain aircraft based on foretime study, then designed relative robust controllers. After that analyzed and summarized corresponding control effect via computer imitation. The details are as following:1. Summarized the history & current status of uncertain robust control theory.2. Studied robust control of linear time invariability system , analyzed its accurate pole placement and district pole placement briefly. And mainly demonstrated the state feedback control rules of high robust character which designed through Butterworth filter principle. Moreover did simulations respectively.3. Analyzed a aircraft process for making a kind of uncertain system placed at a certain district, presented the plentiful & necessary condition control rules. Besides, proved its validity also.4. To a kind uncertain system, studied state feedback controller, which was developed by combining district pole placement and H2/H∞ control design together. Furthermore, testified the feasibility & validity via computer simulations.
