With the advent of Web 2.0 era, the technologies of streaming and related application have developed rapidly. The streaming content, including creation, issue, query, etc, has become a hot topic. This thesis aims at solving the faultiness in the traditional content management such as dealing process streaming query, failing to represent the object features among different content types.
