The Internet technology is developing with high speed. The requirements for sharing resources are not only in the area of transmit data, but also in using the resources that are distributed and heterogeneous. The application of Grid technology makes it possible for people to choose distributed and heterogeneous resources. Grid technology can organize isomerism resources crunodes to make a virtual system which can accept user's application, schedule and map tasks to Long Distance recourses. This virtual system affords a clear and high efficient environment which is transparent to users. As the development of Grid application, the network bandwidth became the bottleneck. Optical network, which has the huge communication capacity, low potential price and is easy to maintain, will be an attractive proposition.Scheduling is one of key issues in computing grid, offering a way of efficiently using grid resources. Because the special attributes of Grid, such as: dynamic, isomerism and distribution, we should choose different scheduling strategy for different Grid system in order to gain minimum executing time and load balance. We also want our system has transportability and extensibility. So far, most of the scheduling method works on traditional electrical network, few works on Optical Grid. Meanwhile, few scheduling methods consider the communication contention on network.
