Recently, the rapid progress of Biology surprised the whole world, especially in Molecular Biology and Genetics, large number of data have been obtained, such as the network structure of proteins and human gene map. It is impossible to have a theory framework that can match the data. Biologists obtain the data under different circumstances through experiments. But the high expense on experiments cumbered the development of biology. In order to overcome these problems, computer science came into the field of biology, and become more and more important, such as the automatic process of genetic information, the implementation of DNA Computer and the simulation of enzyme induction reaction. The most common example is the utility of computer to model and simulate the biological process. It provides a friendly interface that biologists can simulate the biology systems. In most biology systems, large numbers of molecules form a cycling influenced system. Using a computer system to model such a biology system can predict and discover some complex behaviors. What the biologists need to do is to input the related data, then the computer will simulate the biological behavior and get the result. It's quite important for biology research.
