Ad hoc network is a temporary distributed network that is formed bya collectionofwirelessmobilenodes withoutanyexistingnetworkinfrastructure. Inthiscondition, due to the finites of wireless communication range, nodes which don't communicatedirectly can communicate byusing other node to transmit the data packet. Node in AdHoc network transmits data by multi-hop, so we need a routing protocol to determinehowtotransmitthesedatapacket.DSR (Dynamic Source Routing Protocol for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks) andAODV (Ad Hoc On-Demand Distance Vector Routing) are two mature and widelyaccepted routing protocol for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks. Although these two protocolsare widely accepted but they all have some lacks, so there are many improvedmethods.A novel routing protocol for Ad Hoc network-DSR in subsection protocol isproposed in this paper. This protocol is founded on DSR and AODV, in that all pointswhichareina routingaredividedintonormal point andtransferringpoint andthedatais transmitted byusing conserved partial routing. The result of theoretical analysis andsimulation proves that this protocol can reduces the routing spend of Ad Hoc networkinthesamecondition.
