With the support of the national natural science foundation project named"The Theory and the Key Technology of Secure and Fairness E-Payment without the Trusted-support", a research of electronic payment protocol is carried out.Firstly, the thesis describes the current development and future of electronic commerce and electronic payment, then discusses the key technology of electronic payment, and analyses the flow and future of SET, which is the foundation of the electronic payment scheme proposed in the next work.Without trust, in order to guarantee the fairness and security both dealers, the third partners are removed as much as possible. And now, the concurrent signatures gave us a hint. So we put forward an algorithm of dual concurrent signature and design an electronic payment protocol without the trusted third party (TTP). This protocol solves an important problem: how to guarantee the fairness and security without TTP.The main achievements of this work are summarized in the following.Dual concurrent signature is proposed based on the improved concurrent signature. Compared to concurrent signature, dual concurrent signature strengthens the constraint on the party who asks for signature and protects the party who supports the signature;A secure an electronic payment protocol which is based on dual concurrent signature and works without the participation of the third party is designed, and this protocol features tight security and good impartiality;Since the scheme is complicated and great deal of calculations of encryption and decryption is necessary, which increases the loads of the network and cost of both parties. On the buyer side, most of the work can be realized by program and the only work for the buyer is twice submission (order form and check). Benefit from the development of the network and computer performance the problem of computation can be readily solved.
