The Realization Of The Simulation Training System For The International Trade Documents

With China's entry into the WTO, international trade has become more and more popular and frequent in China and the enterprises have a growing demand for high-quality talents in international trade. However, foreign trade enterprises failed to provide sufficient space for the international trade majors to do their practical training. As a result of this, colleges are confronted with more and more difficulties in the freign trade practical training An autonomous learning environment has to be created to meet the creative high–quality talents in foreign trade in the 21th century,to enhance the students'practical abilities and upgrade the teaching quality. Under the present technological situation, the simulation training system for the international trade documents offered a feasible solution for educational reform.The realization of the system is totally based on the Web application through Internet by adopting the Browser/Server system structure & the application system of WWW to realize the synchronizing interactive practical training mode and asynchroning management of interactive practical training. This system set up international trading environment close to the real one on Internet , which summarizes the procedure and practices of foreign trade face by cutting in different jobs by different people. It can help students to do their role-play to get a good command of the whole process and a variety ofprofessional techniques(serving as exporter, importer, supplier, etc.),be familiar with the interactive relations with customers, suppliers, banks and government organizations, , understand the way of international trade operation flowing in materials, funds and business, thus reach the goal of " learning to improve their learning competence in practice training". Meanwhile, the teachers can develop their unique teaching methods by controlling the content and progress rate via the system, managing the content of practical training, enlarging the data bank of exercises to use the rich resources of exercises and models The system has offered a brand-new education mode for educational institutions, improving the work efficiency to the largest extent.
